Quote Acceptance
- 25% deposit required (unless otherwise agreed).
- Secures your booking and scheduling.

Demolition Approval
- A Demolition Permit must be issued by a Private Certifier.
- We can include this in our quotation
- Timeframe: 1–2 weeks (subject to documentation).

Sewer Cap-Off (Form 4 / Form 1)
- A licensed plumber must cap the sewer and lodge required forms with council.
- Form 4 is standard; if a Form 1 and 7 Is required please advise during quotation process as this is an additional cost
- Confirm requirements with your builder.

Service Abolishment (Mandatory)
All services must be fully abolished (not just disconnected) before demolition can begin:
Electricity
- Power abolishment (~21 days) – NMI Required & Current Electrical Supplier
- Gas abolishment (4–6 weeks) – Metre Number Required & Current Gas Supplier
- We contact the utility providers and submit forms and manage through to energex completion

Asbestos Removal if part of quote

Demolition works as per the scope of quote
Timeframes
- Residential: 1–3 weeks usually
- Commercial: Site-specific
